Our Sense Rabbit Data Recovery software provides you with free data preview feature before recovery. We recommend that you try the preview mode to check the data, scan and find the lost data, and then activate the membership for export. After your purchase is successful, the system will automatically send the activation information according to the user ID account or mobile phone account you provided at the time of purchase. Once you follow the instructions to activate your product, you can use your purchased product immediately.

We also understand that your expectations of the product may vary and that data recovery is not 100% restorable. The following conditions may cause data to be unrecoverable:
(a) the data to be recovered is partially or completely lost due to a bad disk sector;
(b) The data to be recovered is inaccessible due to disk corruption;
(c) The data to be recovered is overwritten by a file with the same name, or the newly written data is overwritten because it is not restored in time;
(d) After the data to be recovered is deleted or formatted, the lost file allocation table forms data fragmentation;
(e) the data is completely shredded or low-level formatted;
(f) Other force majeure factors.
(Note) The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to users of this service caused by server crashes, network interruptions, and service suspension during software upgrades caused by force majeure.

[About Service]
⑴Registrant qualification: When you complete the registration procedure or actually exercise the Service in other ways permitted by Sense Rabbit data recovery, you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil acts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "legal subjects").
⑵ If you are a minor or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, you do not have the aforementioned qualifications, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences caused by your improper registration, and Sense Rabbit Data Recovery has the right to cancel (permanently freeze) your account and claim compensation from you and your guardian.
⑶ Member value-added service fee refers to the user who purchases the Sense Rabbit data recovery package in the way specified by Sense Rabbit, and after paying a certain fee, the user can enjoy the function of recovering data provided by Sense Rabbit software. Sense Rabbit may modify and change the charging standards and value-added service content of this service according to the overall planning of this service.
⑷This service only supports you to use the value-added functions of the software when you purchase one or three computers or mobile devices bound to the corresponding package. If the number of devices bound to the plan exceeds the specified plan, you need to purchase it separately.
Applicable when a refund is requested
(1) After contacting the technical customer service center, the product cannot be activated. If you are not willing to wait for the product to be upgraded, we will refund you; Once refunded, the corresponding registered member will be disqualified;
(2) Our software is not compatible with computer hardware, and technical customer service cannot solve it;
(3) Refund applications must be submitted within 7 days after purchase, and will not be accepted after the time limit;
(4) Repeatedly purchase Sense Rabbit data recovery software products, and do not use/authorize the corresponding computer;
(5) If you need to submit a refund application, please edit the information and send the following email address: datarecover@txkkj.com, and please provide the following information.
① Product ID
②Order number/email ID
③Screenshot of the reason for the refund and the problem
Cases where refunds will not be accepted
(1) The purchase has been used for more than 14 days;
(2) During the use of the software, the technical customer service is not contacted/the specific description of the relevant error is not provided;
(3) The feedback software is ineffective, but unwilling to provide relevant proof/did not contact technical customer service for help;
(4) Due to account login, registration, and activation problems, the technical customer service department is not contacted for help;
(5) Refund requests due to price differences between different time events and preferential prices;
(6) Refund requests for purchases of similar products at other companies;
(7) After purchasing the product, there is no reasonable reason to request a refund;
(8) For orders purchased from non-official website/software channels, our company does not have the right to directly handle the refund procedures, such as the third-party store platform needs to contact the purchase channel to submit a refund application.
Refund fee description
(1) Unused/unbound authorization/used/bound computer: Since there are costs for software authorization and binding, and membership permissions cannot be reused after binding to computers, our company will return about 25%~50% of the order amount in combination with relevant authorization usage and scenarios.
